Service
Orders are typically shipped as standard letters. Larger orders may be shipped as packages. Multiple packs may occasionally be shipped in separate standard letters. Cut-off time for orders to be processed and shipped the same day is 10:00am Central European Time. Weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday or the next working day in the event of national holidays.
Delivery proposition
We currently deliver to continental addresses in EU member states, mainland UK and Switzerland. This includes FREE delivery for the 12-Packs offer. Depending on your address exceptions may apply.
- Standard deliver charge is £1.00 (UK and Switzerland)/€1.00 (EU) per pack for all CBD products with the exception of our 12-Packs offer.
- Standard delivery is only available to continental EU, mainland UK and Switzerland addresses. Deliveries to other addresses are not guaranteed and depend on address accessibility, carrier service coverage, length of transit and other factors outside the control of O-Hits.

- When deliveries to remote rural areas and island addresses is possible, these addresses should usually expect standard delivery within seven days or longer.
