Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) er en onlineplatform etableret af Europa-Kommissionen til anmeldelse af kosmetiske produkter, der er markedsført i EU. Den fungerer som en centraliseret database, hvor producenter, importører og ansvarlige personer skal indsende detaljerede oplysninger om deres kosmetiske produkter, herunder ingredienser, sikkerhedsvurderinger og mærkning. CPNP sikrer, at myndigheder kan få adgang til væsentlig information for at overvåge overholdelse og øge forbrugersikkerheden. Derudover giver det forbrugerne mulighed for at se produktinformation og hjælper med at opbygge tillid til kosmetiske produkter, der er tilgængelige på markedet. Portalen er et nøgleelement i EU's kosmetikforordning, der har til formål at beskytte folkesundheden og sikkerheden (European Commission, 2022).
