Returns Policy
You can return any CBD product purchased from O-Hits up to 15 calendar days after receiving the first item. We have a 15-days return policy as our CBD products have a limited shelf life. This helps to minimise expired, spoiled items, reduce waste and ensure that our customers only ever receive items that are completely safe to use.
Costs for returns
Customer pays for return postage. The charge will depend on the service provider you select. We cannot guarantee any returns. If the item is lost in transit, we require evidence of posting. A receipt from the post office or carrier clearly showing our return address will be accepted as sufficient proof of postage in such cases. We therefore recommend you use a reliable service provider as well as a tracked and/ or recorded service.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, a returned item must not be opened, unused, in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging.
Gift cards
If the item being returned is a gift card purchased on your behalf please ask the gift giver to make the return. We can only refund to the original gift giver as a order number is required to process a refund and a refund can only be repaid into the original gift giver's bank account.
How to return an item
Most of our items can be returned in a small or large envelope using your national post service. To return an item please follow these simple steps:
- First notify us here that you wish to return or exchange an item.
- Add your order number as proof of purchase. The refund will be re-paid to the account used for the original payment.
- Put in the item unopened in your envelope or package and send to: O-Hits/ Fully d.o.o. Letališka cesta 30 1000 Ljubljana Slovenija
Inspection
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect the item.
If you have returned the item up to 15 calendar days after receiving it, the item is unopened, unused, in the same condition you received it in and in the original packaging, a full refund will be issued. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the item is returned after 15 days, used, not in the same condition you received it in and/ or not in the original packaging, a refund will not be issued as the return will be destroyed and not resold.
How long will it take to process my return?
Depending on where you live and the returns carrier you use, the time it will take for your return to reach us will vary. Upon receipt of your return, we aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for a return to be processed.
How long will it take to process my refund?
A refund will be credited to the original payment method. When a refund is processed, we deduct any discount applied to the original purchase price. Please allow up to 4 days for a refund to appear in your account after your return has been processed and approved.
Delivery costs refund
The refund will only be for the price you have paid for the item. Any delivery fees paid are not refunded.
Refund delay
We refund all approved returns as soon as they are processed. Frequently your bank or payment provider will have their own processing times for refunds. If you haven’t received a refund after 20-days please first contact your bank, credit card company or payment provider. If you’ve done all of this and you think that an error has been made in your refund please contact us here.
