¿Puedo presentar una queja sobre un producto de otra marca a través del CPNP? Si bien el CPNP es principalmente un sistema de notificación de información sobre productos, los consumidores pueden comunicar inquietudes o quejas sobre productos a las autoridades nacionales en lugar de hacerlo directamente a través del portal. Luego, las autoridades pertinentes investigarán la queja, lo que podría dar lugar a nuevas acciones contra los productos que no cumplan. Sin embargo, el CPNP en sí no sirve como plataforma para las quejas de los consumidores contra las marcas. En cambio, se centra en garantizar que los productos notificados cumplan con las normas y estándares de seguridad establecidos por el Reglamento sobre cosméticos de la UE (Comisión Europea, 2022).
